Hillsboro has an old-town main street, a massive industrial presence with Intel, and it's also part of the most diverse county in Oregon. Over 96,000 Latinos, 73,000 Asians and Asian Americans, 12,000 African Americans and 10,000 Native Americans live in Washington County.
